About our Owner and Founder Todd Mathewson

“I have been in the retail ag business for 20+ years now. Through this time I have ran locations for large companies such as Nutrien Ag Solutions, and Helena Chemical Company, in addition to my own startup company New Era Agriculture (now Simplot). I live in Rockford, Ohio with my 3 kids McKenzie, Mason and Maddox, as well as farm around 800 acres of my own.”

I have a strong background in agriculture with approximately 20 years in the Ag industry. I most recently spent the past 5 years as a crop consultant for a large agriculture retail company, focusing on chemical & fertilizer sales as well as seed sales. Prior to that I spent 6 years as a farm and crop insurance agent. Before becoming an insurance agent I spent six years as a sales representative for Pioneer Hybrids. My focus now is selling chemicals for Reichman Sales serving NE Indiana.
